Association of Non-Traditional Students Records, 1998-2000

The Association of Non-Traditional Students (ANTS) were dedicated to the support and encouragement of undergraduate students over the age of 25. These records include minutes and ephemera pertaining to ANTS.

Appalachian Parents Association Records, 1989-1998

The Appalachian Parents Association was founded in 1988 in order to involve parents of Appalachian students in activities and programs vital to the success of the university. These records contain the organizational files of the Appalachian Parents Association from 1989-1998.

Appalachian Literary Society Records, 1905-1912

The Appalachian Literary Society was a club at Appalachian State Teachers College (and predecessor institutions), operating from at least 1912-1937. This collection contains two books of meeting minutes, dated 1905-1912, for the Appalachian Literary Society.

Alpha Phi Omega Records, 1985-2005

Alpha Phi Omega is a co-educational, non-profit national service fraternity. These records contain organizational paperwork for the Tau Beta Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega, founded at Appalachian State University in 1967. Also included are 5 photo albums and 9 scrapbooks documenting organizational activities of the Tau Beta Chapter.

Alpha Kappa Alpha, Omicron Kappa Chapter Records, 2008

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated (AKA) is an international service organization that was founded on the campus of Howard University in Washington, D.C. in 1908, and the Omicron Kappa Chapter was established at ASU in 1988. These records include materials relating to the group in general and specifically their celebration of their 20th anniversary in 2008.
