Biographical/Historical Note

The Fernwood spring is located south of Morristown, Tennessee. The spring is known as "a fountain of health in old East Tennessee" for its supposed remedial properties, especially in kidney, skin, and stomach diseases. Listed in the brochure is the mineral analysis of the water.

It was owned by W. E. Hobson at the time of print.
