The papers within this collection outline the history and formation the Annie Dobbin-Willet Miller farm in Todd, Watauga County, North Carolina. The farm is made up of lands left by Hugh A. Dobbin to his sister, Annie Dobbin and her husband, Willett Miller.

Scope and Contents

The Annie Dobbin- Willett Miller Farm Collection consists of land documents including deeds, surveys, and invoices from a Watauga County, North Carolina farm located in Todd. The documents date to a time prior to the Watauga County court house fire in which many of the county's legal records were destroyed.

Arrangement

The collection is arranged alphabetically by last name of the title recipient. The dates after each name denote the year of the land transaction. The documents are filed maintaining the contents of the original folders.
