Dr. A.F. Horne was a physician in Glade Spring, Virginia, which is located in eastern Washington County.

This collection contains a ledger and miscellaneous documents. The ledger contains patients' names, visit dates, charges, and payments. receipts and prescriptions from Horne's physician's office. Also included is an undated letter from Schering and Glatz, Inc. about pain medication.
