Toccoa is located in Stephens County, Georgia. At present the school systems serves around 4,400 students. The Toccoa Elementary School is still active, but the system is served by the Stephens County High School as of 2012.

Scope and Contents

This collection consists of four Toccoa Elementary School report card holders for student Fred Hay, grades 4-6 and and one for high school grade 9. Also, it includes two Certificates of Attendance from Hay in 1966 and 1968.
