This collection is comprised of two personal ledgers of George Blyfeld Foulks, 1890, with notes made of sales of lots in the town of Linville, North Carolina. One has only three entries of sales. The other ledger had names of lot/property owners and how many lots they own. Listed also are the lot numbers to be sold. Prices are also listed on some entries.


As all items are dated 1890, there is no formal arrangement.
