John Campbell Palmer, Jr. (1868-1943) was born in Brooke County, West Virginia and lived in Wheeling, West Virginia when he died. He was an attorney with Erskine, Palmer and Curl in Wellsburg, West Virginia.

Scope and Contents

This collection is two bound volumes of Collected Poems in Volumes 1-II and Volumes III-IV, apparently printed in 1939. The original poems are typed, dated, with author's initials or name at bottom, but not in chronological or alphabetical order.


Both books are in one medium flat box.
