This collection consists of six handwritten, very delicate and fragile lists of real estate properties with owners' names, number of acres, location of properties, and amount of tax owed per year on said properties. One lists lands and lots returned as Delinquent in the County of Morgan and the other list with names is one of lands and lots which were certified for sale in 1840 to the Sheriff of Morgan County, but which were not sold by him, shewing the amount due upon each tract up to that year. Years listed are 1840 to 1845.
