The Hugh McAlear, Appointment Certificate as Allegany County, Maryland Coroner collection consists of one vintage 8 x 14 certificate ascertaining the appointment of Hugh McAlear as one of the coroners of Allegany County, Maryland, dated February 20, 1844. It is signed by Theodorick Bland, Chancellor.
