This collection is a series of letters from the early nineteenth century from James Arnold to New York merchant Daniel Boardman, regarding his land interests in Clarksburg, West Virginia. It contains documents dating July 1803 to July 1824.

This collection houses legal documents issued and ruled by Justice of the Peace A.B.C. DePriest of Cleveland County, North Carolina between 1944 and 1956. Records remain in the order as was filed in the case books.

County Court Records for Monongalia County, West Virginia is a collection of six inter-related court documents from early nineteenth century Monongalia County, West Virginia. These documents include three land deeds, tax receipt, and a land plat.

The Department of Government and Justice Studies, formerly called the Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice, is a part of the College of Arts and Sciences at Appalachian State University. This collection contains documents pertaining to the operations of the department, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and course change and curriculum change proposals.
