(update) Women's Gymnasium

opened fall 1924, swimming pool, hot and cold showers in the basement. first story had a basketball court - used by men and women

per 1926 summer issue - included a running track and offices

1930: second floor rooms for the apparatus and offices for the directors of the Physical Education and basketball court. third floor has a running track and three living rooms.

1934 catalog describes it as "the Women's Gymnasium" and says it's "comparatively" new but the rest of the description matches what was previously published for the regular gym. The new men's gym opened that year.

demolished for Welborn addition 1956/57 - per 1962 bulletin this gym was used as auxiliary space for PE and recreation programs during the 1961/62 year
